Maud II

While roaming around in the garden center for decoration, I noticed some odd movement in between plants.
A little hesitant (well, it could've been a big rat, right?) I walked over and carefully peeked between the leaves. 

A soft gasp sounded and there was a teeny tiny face with big eyes looking directly at me. I was about to get a heart attack but then I noticed it was a tiny Troll hiding in there! 

"You're not going to hurt me, are you?" she whispered. Her voice was trembling from fear. She was hardly visible between all the leaves.
"Of course not, how did you get in there?" I asked.

She told me she went here at night to talk with the plants, but the window she came trough closed and she couldn't get out anymore.

"I'm Maud, by the way. How do I get out of here?" 

I looked around. There where no other shoppers near me. Good. No one thinking I'm incredibly weird because I seem to talk to "myself".

I helped Maud crawl into my bag. While waiting in line to purchase the decorations, I heard my keys jingle and a soft giggling coming from there. Holding my breath, I paid the cashier and drove home with a hurry.

Maud is now happily helping me put up the new decoration and she takes care of the new plants I brought home. I have a feeling she will be staying here for a little while longer..
